IJR Consulting Corp was founded in 2003 with the goal of bringing fiscal best practices to community health centers via ongoing advisory and management services.
IJR provides preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements, revenue cycle redesign and management, accounting policy and procedure oversight, and supervision and training of onsite Fiscal Directors. IJR currently manages the financial operations of many leading CHCs.

Prior to founding IJR in 2003, Ira spent ten years with the Healthcare Services Group of Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP. His clients were community and migrant health centers, homeless programs, HIV programs, educational institutions, social service organizations, prepaid health service plans, and other non-profit corporations.
